It carries water (120 oz), A extendable Baton, an Extra Digital Camera, Spare AA Batteries (6-12), Sunglasses (prescription), Spare Pistol Magazines (2), Gook Aid, Energy Bars, Peanuts, 550 Cord, LED Lights, Simple First Aid Supplies (Gauze, Tape), Knife, pouch for Radio / GPS. I wrap a Shemagh (scarf) through the carry handle on top of the bag when it is not around my neck keeping the sun off. This bag weighs almost nothing even when it it full of water
